Tapi has scored a 80% customer score in our 2019 carpet shop survey, putting it in third position in our table, beating big name Carpetright.

The retailer didn’t achieve five stars for any measure.

It did get a strong four stars across nearly everything, except its range of carpets available, which got an average three stars. If you’re after a new carpet Tapi is a good choice, though their range of carpets could be improved.
